I have developed a one day photography workshop aimed at newcomers to digital photography, or for those individuals who haven’t used their camera in a while and are looking to re-familiarise themselves.
What will I learn :
My aim here is to teach you within one day all the skills you’ll need to get the best out of your camera and in a way that you don’t forget it as soon as you walk out of the classroom .. let’s face it, we’ve all been there !
Understanding why your photos too dark, too bright and what you need to do to correct this Which metering mode should I use , and when to use it
Learning about ISO Understanding DOF Knowing when to use Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Auto, Manual mode Understanding Exposure compensation Understanding Back Button Focusing Shooting in RAW or Jpeg, or both Understanding your camera histogram Learning how to compose your photo
In addition to the above, you will have an opportunity in the afternoon session to put into practice what you’ve learnt . To conclude the training, we will have the opportunity to review the images taken on the day.
I have over 40 years photography experience. I am passionate about what I do and passionate about teaching you how to get the best out of your camera. I’ve many years experience in training people and had amazing results.
